RelyBricks offers various plans to customers on an annual subscription basis to manage and provide different services for their property. The basic plan involves managing small properties with services like paying bills, cleaning, electrician work, carpentry, pest control, and taxi & concierge services. While, the Gold plan includes managing large (starting from 1500 sq. ft.) properties where RelyBricks finds tenants, performs emergency services with an account manager for clients to reach-out to, and routinely visits the property, and updates clients with images, documentation & cleaning reports.

Besides this, RelyBricks has a customized Premium plan for larger properties, i.e., bungalows, beach houses & combined properties, and customers with specific requirements. RelyBricks also utilizes property expert consultants, designers, architects & engineers to further enhance the property’s value and maintain their standard.

Alongside, RelyBricks also provides property sale & purchase services especially to NRI customers through three phase, i.e., preparation (document verification, cleaning & making property sale ready), marketing and sales. Ensuring that everything falls into its place, the company does an in-depth background check of their reference documents, ID proofs, company letters, CIBIL score and so on.
Be it a major calamity like a flood or a small issue with the property, RelyBricks is always ready to walk the extra mile to provide all that a customer needs. “Our properties in Chennai were affected by flood.
