Enhancing the academy’s ethos by extending equity and fairness to all its stakeholders, PAC further expanded its offerings apace with the market needs like Development Centres, Extended LDP’s, Coaching, OD, and so forth.

Exploring Abilities
"We take every engagement with our client as a new challenge and their articulated needs form the foundation of our program designs,"avows Capt.Ravi, delineating PAC’s endeavors in validating its program design by interacting with a set of sample participants whom it revers as its key
stakeholders. The vital interaction either authenticates the sponsors’ stated expectations or recommends fresh needs, and the program’s outcome is followed-up at least twice at regular intervals(45 day typically). In most of its programs, the academy has delivered a minimum of Level 3 impact of behavioral changes, some of which were measured to highlight the monetary impact on ROI. Besides, it enjoys co-creating the design of its engagement in an innovative and futuristic way and proactively collaborates with individuals &institutions to ensure client’s success at reasonable rates.

Under corporate outbound training, the academy trains its clients to sharpen their personal effectiveness(helping people internalize their individual strengths), team effectiveness (building high-performance teams), leadership effectiveness (focusing on leadership attributes),as well as organizational effectiveness (helping the organization to develop a shared vision).

The facilitator gives feedback based on the observation made during activities and the facilitation is always non-judgmental & non-prescriptive, leaving it to the participants to reflect on their behaviors and decide the action to be taken. Further, the sessions are either episodic (short duration)or progressive(extended period of
6-15 months) or a blend of both. The academy also has Learning Management System software to track, guide and coach participants along with other robust systems & processes that constantly evaluate the facilitator engagement and delivery levels.

‘Different strokes for different folks’ is what PAC practices to empathize with its participants wherein it speaks in their regional languages. A faculty team with diverse experience,encompassing defense personnel, scientists, trainers, HR, academicians, corporate, and BFSI instilled with sense of curiosity and inquisitiveness, is the backbone of the academy, whom it coaches through initiatives like Learning for Development, KM & Learning Management System and a 'Cliniquing' process. Further, the academy prides itself in serving a clientele cutting across the sectors MNCS, PSUs, Govt. Bodies and NGOs.
